A bit of healthiness

A fantastic holiday in Thailand is over and a new energy is back! Ready to start on the healthy lifestyle again.. This time I will go all in and that means: NO alcohol, NO sugar, NO wheat (bread, pasta etc..)
Addition to my yoga classes I will start doing a little bit extra :)
I saw this squat and crunch challenge program and I will definately put that on top of my training. I’m sure it is a great work out and easy to do everyday, even in the morning or in the evening.
Healthy soups will be part of my routine again + a lot of vegetables and fruits. But as I looove sweets, I will for sure bring on some great alternatives for desserts :)
